• Once the booking is reconfirmed 100% cancellation will be charged. If booking isdone less than
30 days from arrival.
• immediate reconfirmation will be required to secure the booking. Booking cannot
be guaranteed until it is reconfirmed. Please note that if the booking is in the cancellation period
(within 30 days from arrival) after confirmation if there is anycancellationsthe penaltieswill be
applied.
• If it mandatory for all hotels to check each passenger's passport prior to check-in
in. No exceptionwill be granted. this may cause delayduring group check in.
