Terms and Conditions:-

1. Validation of quote is for 30 days; total execution of project should be completed latest by 3-months from
the order confirmation date.
2. Aluminium prices are subject to variation on NALCO METAL price & Order finalization will be taken
based on NALCO Price on date of order.
3. Uniframe will extend a Transferable Warranty from Powder Coating / Hardware suppliers, based on the
options chosen by customer from Uniframe Shade Card.
4. The glass specifications are as per customer's demand, which is clearly mentioned in the quotation and no
warranty on the glass, shall be provided. PROMINANCE - Uniframe will not be responsible for any kind of
breakage of glass after installation. In the event of a performance or unique glass, the final price will
include the actual wastage based on the final site opening sizes.
5. Any modifications to the approved design or specifications of the material requested from the approved
quotation must be communicated in writing by the client prior to the commencement of manufacturing, and
the company must officially recognize any such changes, else the design as per the quotations stands still as
final.
6. Before placing a purchase, please make sure that all additional points discussed with the sales team are
included in the quotation, such as shipping information or oversize acceptance, special solutions etc.
7. Prices are determined using the customer's Site sizes. Size variations up to +/- 30 mm per window are
acceptable for pricing as long as the product's design and style don't alter. In addition to the foregoing
variation, the customer will be billed pro rata for any differences between the given and actual sizes.
8. Windows security tape should be removed after installing completed, max befoire 30 days from the date of
installation completed, any further delay may lead to glue patch on the coated surface & Uniframe not
responsible for the same.

Pre-Requisites for installation of Windows:-

1. Walls should be plastered from inside and outside, dimensions to be taken after final finish at openings.
2. Sill level for the opening should be recorded in the quotation, to specify location of handle based on the
same.
3. Base and top of window should be water levelled and sides should be in vertical plump, more than +/_ 5mm
on overall size, the opening size rework will be in the scope of the builder.
4. Flooring (where doors have to be installed) should be complete with final floor finish.
5. Sill width should be more than the window width, Opening should be accessible from inside/outside for
installation, additional scaffolding required towards installation will be the scope of customer.

6. After hand over the windows, cleaning is not our scope of activity.

7. Material unloading & storage of windows till the installation is in the scope of customer, higher floors
(Above 2 floors) additional lifting charges are as per actuals at site.
8. Grills: Adequate care should be taken if grills have to be installed.
a. For Horizontal slider Window: Grill should be provided on the outer face of slider before
the installation of the window.
b. For Casement windows: Screw type grill is recommended after installation of casement
window.
9. Installation should happen before the last coat of paint. At least one coat of paint should be done before
installation begins & any deposit of paint after installation, cleaning will be in the scope of customer.
10. Scaffoldings/ bracing should not interrupt the window openings where openings where windows are
supposed to be installed.
11. Any damage to the installed system after installation, any rework required will be done on chargeable basis.
12. Once installation completed, handover document to be discussed & signed at site before the fabrication team
leaves the site.
13. After hand over windows, If any service require related to windows & doors , that should be on chargeable.
Per visit - Rs. 1000 + travel expenses.
