We do emergency call Monday to Friday ex. Any unit of pc damage just call and we 16,500.00 TO 20,500.00
repair in the day you call the tech and if he/her fail to came that day decler absent
and auto dedacted to salary of tech every month ( -3.4% ) or ( 5% ) depend to
agreement to salary of the tech on duty and the price of monthly maintenance salary
it depend on PC pcs.

VIPER.COM COMPUTER REPAIR shall not be liable for the loss or damage of all item install in the event of robbery,
fire, typhoon and similar natural calamities, and if the customer fault to loss data or any config we made to the item our
shop is not responsible for that any data or files , video loss and re-config for all damage is other charge to custermer.
Warranty will be void if seal and sticker are broken if the unit have found abused, misused, repaired by unauthorized
personel or such defects on the item that result to voltage surge, brown outs , lightning , water damage flood or other
similar phenomenon which the company has no control of.
If the warranty lapsed already and the unit has to replace or repair , there will be charges already depending on the
damage.
