Shri. Rahul Gandhi, Hon. Leader of the Opposition & MP Loksabha who is
provided with “Z+” Category ‘ASL’ CRPF Protectee, is visiting Thiruvananthapuram
District on 18.07.2025. After a courtesy visit at Eswaravilasom Road
Thiruvananthapuram and proceeded to Mukkola, Nettayam within Aruvikkara Police
Station limit for a condolence visit at former MP’s Home. Thereafter return to
Thiruvananthapuram.

SAFE HOUSE @ ROUTE

ARUVIKKARA POLICE STATION is earmarked as the safe house.

Necessary arrangements should be done in advance in this regard. They should
be fully conversant with the arrangement made for the VIP in the respective
area and other details. They will have the room plan for the VIP party ready
sufficiently in advance. 1 GSI (Officer in charge of the Safe House) and 1
SCPO/CPO should be deployed at safe house with wireless set. Officer in
charge will ensure anti-sabotage check is conducted in and around the Premises
of the Safe house and arrange the rooms properly.

EMERGENCY HOSPITAL @ ROUTE

TALUK HOSPITAL, PEROORKKADA is earmarked as the emergency

hospital. Concerned ISHO will deploy 2 SCPO/CPO at the hospital earmarked
with wireless set. Officer in charge of the function place should be aware of the
Hospital properly.

COMMUNICATION
Inspector of Police Telecommunication will provide sufficient wireless
sets as per the scheme.

REPORTING TIME & PLACE

All Officers and Men detailed for duty should report at concerned duty
points three hours before the arrival of VIP. All Officers and men should continue on
duty until specific instruction is passed over VHF by the undersigned. The officer in
charge of each venue will brief their subordinates about their duty and responsibility.

DRESS ORDER
Officers and Personnel will be in smart working Uniform (except those
deployed in Mufti) and the personnel will carry lathis, raincoats and official ID cards.

All In charge Officers must ensure that the above instructions are
followed scrupulously besides instructions issued from time to time.
