Solar Power System Design (10A Day & Night)

1. Daily Power Requirement

- Target: 10A in morning and 10A in evening.

- Voltage: 12V system.

- Power consumption: 10A x 12V = 120W per hour.

- Daily usage: 120W x 24h = 2,880Wh or 2.88kWh per day.

2. Required System Components

1. Solar Panels:

- Needed: 2.88kWh / 5 sun hours = ~576W.

- With 30% margin: 800W to 1000W total.

- Suggestion: 4 panels x 250W.

2. Batteries:

- Night storage: 10A x 12h x 12V = 1,440Wh.

- Suggestion: One 12V - 200Ah battery or two 12V - 100Ah.

3. Charge Controller (MPPT):

- 60A / 24V MPPT.

4. Inverter:

- 1000W / 12V or 24V Pure Sine Wave (if AC needed).

5. DC Breaker Box:

- Includes fuses and circuit breakers.

6. Wires:

- Use 6-10 mm2 cables depending on length.
