Solution
1. Check your SP/BMC FW and upgrade if not on the latest, FW may solve your issue. System Firmware &
Diagnostics Download
2. Check whether the ACP settings of all nodes are consistent
3. Reboot the SP/BMC of effected node

Cluster::> system service-processor reboot-sp -node <node_name>

3. Disable ACP

Cluster::> storage shelf acp configure -is-enabled false

4. Re-enable ACP

Cluster::> storage shelf acp configure -is-enabled true -channel <in-band


or out-of-band>

5. Please contact NetApp Technical Support or log into the NetApp Support Site to create a case. Reference
this article for further assistance.
