1 Augmentation with software upgradation of transmitter of Flowmeter to MiM900
microprocessor based Transmitter with necessary changes in hardware and software
Specification:
Under this item Flow Converter transmitter of existing Electromagnetic Flow meter is
to be augmented, upgraded & converted to MiM 900 MPCR flow converter
transmitter for Mibel GSM system. The work includes Software upgradation of Flow
Converter transmitter to latest version of MiM900 MPCR Transmitter. Necessary
change of parts for the up gradation are included in the work The whole work of
Augmentation & up gradation must be carried out through the manufacturer Mi Flow
Meter Systems or their authorized service dealer only
Mode of Measurements: The item will be measured on Job basis and 100%
payment will be made against satisfactory completion of upgradation of converter
Transmitter for the meter.
2 Providing and installing testing and commissioning 'Mibel' GPRS RTU enabld
'MiFlolinc' web based on board remote communicating module with suitable SIMcard and
QUAD band capaibilty communication for Flowmeter
Specification:
This item includes “MiBel™”digital Wireless water monitoring constellation system
with RTU(Remote Terminal Unit). GSM/GPRS modem for data transmission low
power consumption guarantee sensor power feeding.

Specification:
Under the item the agency have to provide MiBel™ Data acquisition Communication
Software for control and communication incorporated in RTU unit for MI Flow meter

Configuration: The configuration wizard guides user through the steps involved
configuring. The successive screen are used rapidly and easily set the main
operating parameters.
Viewing : During Manual activation the metering measurement and flow rates can be
viewed it is also possible to accurately determine.
Measuring system :
1) Application Range: Automatic collection of counter and flow value. This data
transmitted to website by GPRS and viewed on portal with login id and password
created for the user with paid subscription for 2 years.
2) Primary measured Value: Digital input signals over RS485.
3) Remote Version: To be connected to the RS485
4) User Interface: Software package to configure. Web based solution for the data
collection, display, generation of time based reports etc.

Specification:
The item shall include supply, of MS CR sheet metal Instrument Panel Box of
suitable size, duly powder coated/painted, with wall mount / pipe mount / Channel
mount as suitable for site, with viewing glass, and lock & key arrangement.
