PCE COILED TUBING
ROTARY WASH TOOL
INTRODUCTION
The PCE Coiled Tubing Rotary Wash Tool is designed to be used for both jetting and circulating
operations when cleaning and washing the inside of the tubing.
It can also be used to assist in motivating the coiled tubing string both in and out of the well.
OPERATION
The PCE Coiled Tubing Rotary Wash Tool is designed to be used for both jetting and circulating
operations when cleaning and washing the inside of the tubing. It can also be used to assist in
motivating the coiled tubing string both in an out of the well.
The design of the PCE Rotary Wash Tool works on the principal of applied fluid pressure causing
the nozzle to rotate and jet the fluid against the tubing wall in a full 360° rotating action.

MAINTENANCE
After each run dis-assemble the tool completely.
Clean all parts thoroughly and replace any worn or damaged components. Grease or lightly oil all
parts and threads before assembly.
DIS-ASSEMBLY
1. Remove locking grub screw (5) from bottom sub (4).
2. Unscrew bottom sub (4) from mandrel (1).
3. Remove rotary wash sub assembly (1,3,6) from mandrel (1).
4. Remove DU Bush’s (6) and Wash Screws (3) from rotary wash sub (2).
5. Check all items fro damage and replace as necessary.

ASSEMBLY
1 Insert DU Bushes (6) into Rotary Wash Sub (2)
2 Make up each Wash Screw (3) into each tapped hole in the Rotary Wash Sub (2).
3 Place Wash Sub Assembly (2) over the Mandrel (1).
4 Make up the Mandrel (1) to the Bottom Sub (4).
5 Check Wash Sub Assembly spins freely.
6 Install Locking Grubscrew (5) into bottom sub (4)
