You are required to login to TCS Next Step Portal (https://nextstep.tcs.com/campus/#/ ) and follow the below steps for completing
your application form.
Registered Stage Candidates – Log In To Your Profile > Complete Your Application Form
ID Deleted Candidates – Register under IT category with required information > Complete Your Application Form
Post completion you may check your status under ‘Track My Application’ Tab in TCS Next Step Portal. The registration is completed
only if it shows ‘Application Received’.
TCS Eligibility Criteria
· Courses & Disciplines: Students from the batch of 2025 with highest qualifications, across all disciplines, departments
of streams are eligible - BCA, B.Sc. (IT, Computer Science, Maths, Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics,
Cyber Security, Biochemistry), B.Voc (CS/IT).
· Course Types: Only Full-Time courses will be considered (Part Time / Correspondence Courses will not be considered).
· NIOS: Students who have completed their Secondary and / or Senior Secondary courses from NIOS (National Institute
of Open Schooling) are also eligible to apply if the other courses are full time.
· Percentage: Minimum aggregate of 50% or 5 CGPA throughout academics including the highest qualification, till the
latest semester for which results have been declared at the time of appearing for TCS selection process.
· Backlogs and Extended Education: No backlogs / arrears / ATKT at the time of appearing for the TCS Selection
process. It is mandatory that the course is cleared and completed within the stipulated time duration.
· Gap / Break in Education: It is mandatory to declare academic gaps if any, during the period of education. Break in
education should not be due to extended education (examinations cleared after the time stipulated by the Board /
University). Any break in education should not exceed 24 months and is permissible only for valid reasons. Relevant
document proof, as applicable, will be checked for gaps in education.
· Work Experience: Please note, the role is only for ‘Entry Level Requirement’. However, prior work experience, if any, is
required to be mandatorily declared by the candidates in the TCS Application form. And necessary documents supporting
this experience are required to be submitted by the candidates at the time of TCS selection process.
· Age: A Student should be 18 to 28 years of age to participate in the Hiring Drive.

Printout of TCS Application Form (5 Pages) – without which you will not be allowed to sit for interview.
Printout of Resume
Original Aadhar Card & Original College ID Proof
Original 10th Marksheet and Passing Certificate
Original 12th Marksheet and Passing Certificate
Original Diploma all semester / all year-wise Marksheets (If Applicable)
Original Diploma Certificate / Course Completion Certificate (If Applicable)
Original Graduation all semester / all year-wise Marksheets
Original Graduation Degree Certificate / Provisional Degree Certificate / Course Completion Certificate
Work Experience Certificates (such as Experience Letter, Relieving Letter, Pay Slips etc.) – (If Applicable)
Copy of this mail, without which you will not be allowed to enter.
Kindly note that we have stringent eligibility criteria and a robust selection process. Candidate eligibility as per the defined criteria
will be checked at various stages of the selection process. At any point during the selection process, if a candidate is found ineligible,
or data shared is found discrepant/misrepresented, the candidature will be disqualified.
Please ensure that you only report for the interview if you are completely eligible as per the criteria explained above.

1. No Media devices will be allowed inside the TCS premises (Laptop/Pen drive/ CD etc)
2. Photography/Videography within TCS Premises is strictly prohibited.
3. TCS does not charge any fee at any stage of recruitment or selection process, nor has it authorized anyone to charge.

4. You are required to make your own arrangements for food/ water, as this will be day long process.
5. The interview process has been finalized and frozen. It may not be rescheduled to a later day, date, or time.
