RE: REQUESTING TO COMBINE SCOUT STUDENTS FOR CAMPING IN


NAIROBI
I hope this message finds you well. On behalf of Newlight Progressive School, I am writing
to request for your support in facilitating combined scout camping trip to Lenana, Nairobi
county.

We understand that your school has arranged bus transport for your scout and we respectfully
ask whether it would be possible to accommodate a small group of our pupils, that is, 16 pupils
and 2 teachers who are to take part in the activity on the same bus as from 2 nd of August 2025
to Nairobi.

We are happy to assist with the logistical planning and contribute to any necessary cost
associated with the journey.
