Important Instructions for Confirmation of seat in Round-2 for
MBA/MCA courses admission year 2025-26.

The seat allotment of Round 2 for MBA/MCA courses for the year 2025-26 is displayed in
the candidate login on https://gujacpc.admissions.nic.in, the candidate will have to click
Seat Allotment result link in their login account and after clicking seat allotment result, if
any seat is allocated the concerned candidate can view the details of allocated seat on the
screen. The candidates who have been allotted seat in this round shall have to follow the
below mentioned steps for confirmation of allotted seat and payment of token tuition fee
thereof.
1. Admission confirmation period is 28/07/2025 to 30/07/2025.
2. Admission has to be confirmed by paying the token tuition fee as mentioned in “Seat
Acceptance Payment Details” through online payment mode only using credit
card/debit card / net banking/UPI during the period as mentioned above.
3. Once the fee has been paid through the online payment gateway within the stipulated
time frame, your admission will be automatically confirmed immediately.
4. If the fee mentioned in the “Seat Acceptance Payment Details” is zero then candidate
has to press the Accept button to confirm the admission. If the candidate does not wish
to confirm the allotted seat, then he may also choose to decline the same by pressing
Decline button.
5. To print the admission letter, you shall have to login and take a printout of the
provisional admission letter by clicking on the “Document Verification cum Seat
Acceptance letter” under the “Activity list” menu. It is mandatory to download
the admission letter, since the same is to be submitted by the candidate during
reporting at the allotted institute.
6. The allotted seat shall be cancelled if you do not confirm or decline the admission
allotted to you within the time limit as stated above. However, you will be able to
participate in the next round of counselling, if any. The candidate will thereafter be not
eligible to get this same seat in the next round of counselling, if any.
7. In line with declaration signed by the candidate during registration process, the
admission allocated to you is purely provisional subject to verification of all documents
such as qualifying graduating examination documents including passing the qualifying
exam with minimum marks as prescribed in prevailing rules of admission, relevant
caste certificates, CMAT score card and other admission related documents at institute
level within the specified time limit as announced by admitting institute and/or ACPC,
failing to do so in any or all documents/criteria, the allotted admission shall be treated
as cancelled with no further claim on the allotted seat/admission by the concerned
candidate. No representation/appeal will be entertained in this matter; this may please
be noted.
8. If you are of Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST) category and have got
admission in Self Finance Institute and the fee shown is zero, you have to submit "Free
Ship card" to the admitted institution. Otherwise, you will have to pay the applicable
fee to the admitted institute.
9. Token tuition fee for Girl candidate admitted in GOVT/GIA institute is NIL.
10. If you want to withdraw/cancel your allotted admission, please login into your account
during stipulated time as mentioned in schedule, click on “Admission withdrawal”
link. Enter the OTP received on your mobile and click on “Confirm Admission
Withdraw” button. Your paid fee towards seat acceptance fee will be refunded as per
prevailing rules. Once you withdraw your Admission, you are not entitled to get same
course and same institute in subsequent rounds, if any and the withdrawn/cancelled
admissions cannot be reinstated.
11. The Candidates are hereby informed to verify/ascertain the nomenclature of degree
awarded by concerned Institute / University for their allotted course before the
finalization of the admission by them, since the admission committee (ACPC) has no
role in deciding the nomenclature of degree awarded by concerned Institute/ University.
