PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES AGREEMENT

1. Scope of Services
The Photographer agrees to provide professional photography services to the Client for an
event or session on the agreed date and time.
2. Duration and Rate
● The base photography session covers 2 to 3 hours and is charged at PHP 3,000.00.
● Any time beyond the 3rd hour will be charged at PHP 1,000.00 per additional hour.
● The final amount will depend on the total hours rendered and must be settled as stated
below.
3. Deliverables
● The Photographer agrees to deliver edited JPEG photos only.
● RAW files will not be provided under any circumstances.
● Deliverables will be sent via a Google Drive folder after the Client has completed the
final payment.
● Deliverables will be provided within 2 to 3 business days after the session.
● A rush editing fee of PHP 550.00 will be applied if the Client requests delivery earlier
than the standard turnaround time.
● The Google Drive folder containing the deliverables will be available for 1 week after
delivery. After this period, the folder will be deleted to manage storage efficiently and
maintain an organized workflow. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up
their files within this time frame.
4. Payment Terms
● A non-refundable down payment is required to secure the booking and avoid
cancellation.
● The remaining final payment must be fully paid before the deliverables are released.
● The Photographer reserves the right to withhold the delivery of the final output until
payment is made in full.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
● The Client must notify the Photographer at least 72 hours in advance for any
rescheduling. The Photographer will try to accommodate based on availability.
● Cancellations by the Client will result in forfeiture of the down payment.
● If the Photographer must cancel due to emergency, illness, or unforeseen
circumstances, the down payment will be refunded, and efforts will be made to
reschedule or refer another photographer.
6. Client Expectations
● The Client is expected to be punctual. Delays on the part of the Client may reduce
coverage time and will not warrant a reduction in price.
● Changes in schedule, location, or other major event details must be communicated at
least 48 hours in advance.
● The Client is responsible for securing any permits or permissions required at the shoot
location.
7. Copyright and Usage
● The Photographer retains all copyrights to the images.
● The Client is granted a personal license to use the final JPEG images for personal or
promotional use, with proper credit where applicable.
● Commercial use or resale of the images requires separate discussion and agreement.
8. Agreement and Acknowledgment
By signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and
agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
