Subject: Summer Vacations Notification for BS Students.

It is hereby notified that Summer Vacations for all BS Programs at Dr. Yahya Institute of
Medical Sciences, Layyah will commence from Monday, 21st July 2025 and will continue until
Sunday, 3rd August 2025. Academic activities for BS students will resume from Monday, 4th
August 2025.

However, all administrative staff will remain on duty as per their regular schedules during the
said period.

Since institute offices remain operational during vacations, All the students are advised to clear
all outstanding dues within given time frame. Any dues not settled within time will incur a per
day late‐payment fine, as per institute policy, until cleared.

Moreover, those faculty members whose practical examinations and viva are scheduled
during the vacation period are directed to ensure their presence in the institute to facilitate
the smooth and uninterrupted conduction of practical exams.

Strict compliance with this notification is expected.
