WHEREAS, the Landlord has established adverse possession rights over the property described
herein; and
WHEREAS, the Landlord desires to lease the Property to the Tenant, subject to the Landlord's
continued adverse possession rights;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein,
the parties agree as follows:
1. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: The Landlord hereby leases to the Tenant, and the Tenant
hereby leases from the Landlord, the following property located at:

the Property by virtue of this lease.

unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10. COUNTERPARTS: This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which
shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same
instrument.
