1. The Relief Check Bleed (RCB) Valve includes several components that control the operation of
the steering system and the hydraulic brake system.
2. Bleed Down Solenoid Valve- at key switch off condition, residual oil slowly returns to hydraulic
tank.
3. Check Valve- allows one-way oil direction from pump 2 and prevent back flow.
4. Relief Valve- activates when oil system pressure is more than 23.4Mpa.

Main Accumulator System

The Main Accumulator is mounted on the cab


support of the machine.
Main accumulator stores enough the hydraulic
oil that is under pressure, which is supplied to
the steering circuit and brake circuit.
Main accumulator is a free piston type, which
encapsulates dry-nitrogen gas pre charged at
10.3 MPa.

Main Pump 2 Main Pump 1


The Main Pumps are swash plate variable
displacement tandem plunger pumps.
Main pump 1 supplies high pressure oil to the
Hoist circuit.
Main pump 2 mainly supplies oil to the Brake and
Steering circuit. But the oil supply diverts to the
Hoist circuit, when the dump body switch is
operated.
The rear brake cooling gear pump supplies
pressure oil to the rear brake cooling circuit in left
Gear Pump
and right.

This Steering Valve is used in combination with


the flow amplifier.

The Flow Amplifier reduces the force


required to turn the steering wheel,

Brake and Reducing Valves

The Brake Valve is a 2-System hydraulic control


valve that precisely controls oil pressure and
supplies it to the brakes.

Brake Blending

The driver can usually stop the truck using the electric brake pedal, except
during emergency. The AC drive control system applies the Load/Dump
brake automatically just before the stopping at the speed below 0.5
km/hr. This results in an easy machine operation and longer time between
service brake maintenance interval.
