INSTRUCTIONS
1. This is an open book. Students are allowed to use any number of books, reading
materials, PPT, printouts etc. including the internet.
2. However, students must not contact each other for writing the answer.
3. Any plagiarism, matching of answer with each other and web content would lead to a
‘F’ grade in the course.
4. This is a booklet and contains ten pages. The students must type (write) the answer
within the provided space.
5. Please ensure your font is ‘Times New Roman’ and font size is 12. You must not go
beyond the total page limit even after writing the answers (without deleting the
questions)
6. Student must save the answer sheet as NCM_Name_Roll No. before uploading it back.
7. Before uploading the answer sheet convert it into PDF and ensure you are uploading
the right document (not any other document or blank document). No re-evaluation
will be considered against the same.

Though the case it presented as a group exercise you need to work it out individually. Hence, you
prepare a negotiation strategy which must address the above six aspects (in the previous
paragraph).

your pattern/strategy with reference to the role play (as mentioned in the case). How did it help you in

from this role play?
