Offer Letter At Teach Maven

Dear Charan,

We are pleased to offer you employment with Teach Maven. Your employment will be
subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this letter.

This offer is made based on the information provided by you. If any inaccuracies,
discrepancies, or misrepresentations are discovered, Teach Maven reserves the right to
revoke this offer immediately.

1. JOB POSITION

You will assume the role of Business Development Trainee. Your primary work location
will be the company's office in Bangalore.

2. PROBATION PERIOD

Your employment will commence on August 04th, 2025, and you will be on a probationary
period of two (2) months. The probation period will be governed by the following
conditions:

● You are allowed a maximum of four (4) leaves during probation, strictly in case
of emergencies and with prior approval.
● Confirmation of employment will be based on your performance, and it is
mandatory to obtain confirmation before availing any leave during probation.
● The company reserves the right to extend or terminate the probation period based
on performance and inputs towards work.
● The company has the right to terminate or discontinue your employment without
notice or final settlement if you are found to have made false commitments or
promises to any client or customer.
● During the probation period, either party may terminate the employment agreement
by providing 30 days' notice.
● Additionally, a 10-days mandatory on-the-job training period which will be unpaid.

3. WORK LOCATION

4. REMUNERATION

During the 2-months probationary period, your salary per month will be ₹15,000 (fixed) +
₹15,000 (variable pay based on performance).

Upon successful completion of probationary period, you will be promoted to Business


Development Associate, becoming a permanent employee with a salary of up to ₹7 LPA.
Salary revisions and additional benefits will be disclosed based on performance upon
confirmation.

5. WORKING HOURS

You are required to work 54 hours per week, from Monday to Saturday. Your reporting
time is 10:45 AM, with a grace period of 15 minutes. Working hours will be from (11:00
AM to 08:00 PM)

6. WORK REPORTING

As an employee, you will report to the Respective Manager/TL or any other designated
authority assigned by the company. Your role and responsibilities may be modified
based on the company’s requirements, considering your qualifications and expertise.
7. COMPANY’S POLICIES TO FOLLOW :

Employees are required to follow the company's policies, rules, and procedures related
to office hours, anti-sexual harassment protocols, leave allowances, travel plans,
transfers, code of conduct, and other pertinent guidelines that are presently in place or
may be updated in the future.

8. TERMINATION & RESIGNATION POLICY:

● The company reserves the right to terminate your services with immediate effect if you
are found guilty of malpractice, misconduct, or making false promises without giving
your F&F.
● Either party, whether the employer or the employee, reserves the right to terminate the
employment by providing a written notice period if they find the company or work
conduct of the other unsatisfactory or unsuitable.
● If you decide to resign from the company, you must provide a written notice of 30 days.
This notice period must be completed in full, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by
the company. Failure to provide the specified notice may result in the company
deducting salary in lieu of the notice period.
● Upon resignation, your salary will be transferred within 45 to 60 days from the date of
acceptance.

9. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION:

As an employee, you may access Company-confidential information and commit to


maintaining the confidentiality of the Company's proprietary and sensitive information
acquired during your employment. This includes, but is not limited to, course materials,
videos, financial documents, and other pertinent records. You are prohibited from
divulging such confidential Information to any individual, making copies of it, or
utilizing it for any purpose other than in the context of your responsibilities within the
company.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

The Company retains all intellectual property rights to the materials and course-related
documents you develop. You are responsible for assisting and completing all necessary
paperwork to transfer these rights to the Company. If any intellectual property rights
cannot be transferred due to legal restrictions, you must grant the Company an exclusive,
transferable, assignable, royalty-free right to such intellectual property indefinitely. You
are not permitted to claim any rights, titles, or interests in these intellectual property
rights.

11. ACCEPTANCE:

Please acknowledge this offer of employment with our company by returning the
enclosed documents within two days. Kindly keep copies of these documents for your
personal records.
