1. DepEd Order No. 009 s. 2024 titled “Implementing Guidelines on
the School Calendar and Activities for the School Year 2024-2025 “
stipulates the End – of- School Year Rites on April 14 and 15, 2025.
2. In preparation for the End of School Year (EOSY ), this Office reiterates the
implementation of DepEd Order No. 11, s. 2018 titled “ Guidelines on the
Preparations and Checking of School Forms “.
3. Due to the conduct of regional activities such as Regional Schools Press
Conference (RSPC ) and Regional Festival of Talents (RFOT) from April 5 to
10 , 2025 , egional Division Checking of forms shall be done on April 3 -4 ,
2024 by the Division Checking Committee (DCC) composed of personnel in
Curriculum and Implementation Division (CID) and School Governance and
Operations Division (SGOD) .
4. For uniformity , the number of school days as stated in DO 009 s. 2024 are
distributed as follows: July -3 , August – 20 , September – 21 , October – 23,
November – 20 , December – 15 , January – 21 , February – 19 , March – 21 ,
April – 10 with a total of 173 days.
5. Provisions in DO No. 36, s. 2016 titled “ Policy Guidelines on
Awards and Recognition for Kto12 Basic Education program “ shall
be followed.
6. Only the Grade 12 Diplomas shall have the original signature of the Schools
Division Superintendent . Kindergarten , Grade 6 , and Grade 10 certificates
, shall bear the e-signature of the SDS but shall have the original signature
of the school heads.Other pertinent documents shall be originally signed by
the school heads.

7. Enclosures 1 and 2 of this Division Memorandum articulate the school form
checkers , confirming officials and program flow of the graduation and
completion or moving up ceremonies.
8. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
