Extended Warranty

Maruti Suzuki Extended Warranty

Maruti Suzuki Extended Warranty program is especially designed to provide you peace

of mind with best protection against repairs.

It covers repairs of mechanical & electrical parts, including Engine, Gearbox, Steering,

Brakes, Starter Motor and Alternator.

Extended Warranty can be purchased at a nominal price at any time before expiry of

primary warranty period which is applicable for 3 years or 1,00,000 km, whichever is

earlier.

This policy commences at the expiry of the primary period.

Tension free drive upto 1,60,000 kms*.

Protection against high value parts like Electronic Control Module (ECM), Compressor,

Customer Convenience Package

Customer Convenience Package (CCP) is a coverage provided by Maruti Suzuki India

Limited ("Maruti Suzuki") which covers repair/replacement cost of engine or its allied

part(s) which gets damaged owing to issues/defect arising due to water entry causing

hydro lock or failure of engine parts and/or due to use of adulterated fuel and issue/defect

arising due to rodent or insect bite beyond the reasonable control of the customer, which

are not covered under warranty or extended warranty.

Maruti Suzuki offers 3 CCP Options with 1 year, 2 year and 3 year validity.

1. CCP Hydro and Rodent Protect- Coverage for hydrostatic part failure and damages

caused due to rodent or insect bite beyond the reasonable control of the customer.

2. CCP Fuel and Rodent Protect- Coverage for fuel adulteration failure and damages

caused due to rodent or insect bite beyond the reasonable control of the customer.

3. CCP Plus and Rodent Protect- Coverage for Hydrostatic failure, fuel adulteration

failure and damages caused due to rodent or insect bite beyond the reasonable

control of the customer.

Advantages of Customer Convenience Package (CCP)

CCP subscription can be purchased only as an additional coverage when the vehicle is

within primary warranty.

CCP 1 year and CCP 2 years packages can be renewed for additional 1 more year till

vehicle is in warranty (36 months or 1,00,000 km whichever occurs first from the date

of sale). Non-extended warranty CCP cannot be renewed.

Customer can claim repairs under CCP across India at Maruti Suzuki's extensive Dealer

network, provided vehicle has all Periodic Maintenance Service repairs done at

authorized Maruti Suzuki Service Centre.

Extended Warranty coverage offers parts failures not attributed to external factors.

However, under CCP, failures attributed to external factors (Hydrostatic lock, Fuel

adulterations & Rodent or insect bites) are covered.

depending upon vehicle age (50% on 10+ year old vehicle) as per Indian Motor Tariff.

Limited offers zero deduction for salvage and no filing / processing related charges.Only

compulsory deductible is charged as per IRDAI guidelines.

Maruti Suzuki Maintenance Cost Protect (MCP) is a specially designed program to offer

convenience to you for regular Periodic maintenance of your vehicle.

Under MCP, Periodic Maintenance Service ("PMS") of parts and lubricants, which are

not covered under Warranty or Extended Warranty, are available for customer at value

pricing.

MCP can be purchased at any time before the completion of 5 years or 50,000 km,

whichever is earlier.

9. We shall not be responsible for delivery of vehicle in case of delay or rejection of finance by the financer and due to any unforeseen circumstances.

10. We shall facilitate for temporary/ permanent registration of the vehicle before delivery of vehicle in compliance of provisions of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. Registration of the vehicle is however subjected to payment of relevant charges by customer.

11. Prices/Schemes prevailing at the time of invoicing/bill shall be applicable.

12. Booking cancellation charges shall be as applicable on the date of booking cancellation.

Registration Undertaking

The dealership will facilitate the registration of the car subject to the following terms & conditions being agreed & fulfilled by the customer.

1. All dues pertaining to purchase of vehicle, accessories, Value-added services etc. have been cleared by the customer.

2. All the necessary documents required for registration are furnished by the customer. RTO forms are duly signed by the customer.

3. Registration Certificate/Smart Card is issued by the RTO after registration of the vehicle. The approximate time for the receipt of RC

Book/Smart Card is 90 days.

4. In case Registration Certificate/Smart Card is sent directly by the RTO to customer's home address. *The receipt of the same might get

delayed if:

Address provided by the customer is incorrect.

There is no one to receive the post at home.

There is any delay from Postal Department.

5. The receipt of Registration Certificate/Smart Card may be further delayed if there is any delay by the RTO. Dealership will not be responsible

for such unforeseen delays.

6. In case of allotment of any special number or choice of registration number, it will not be the responsibility of the dealership for providing

the same. Any additional charges applicable will be borne by the customer.
