What are the programs available in PCCR Graduate School?
A. Master of Science in Criminal Justice with Specialization in Criminology (Academic Track)
1. Can be completed in 1 year and five months (30 units)
2. ISO9001:2015-compliant (February 2024)
3. Can be taken by BS Criminology graduates and/or Registered Criminologists (RCrim).
4. In compliance with Article 14, Sec 21 CMO No. 47, any student who is NOT a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Criminology (BS Crim)
but is interested to pursue Master of Science in criminal Justice with Specialization in Criminology (Academic Track) shall be
required to take the following courses:
B. Doctor of Philosophy in Criminology (Academic Track)
1. Can be completed in 2 years (36 units)
2. ISO 9001:2015-compliant
3. Can be taken by graduates of MS Criminal Justice / MS Criminology / MA in Criminology.
4. Can also be taken by graduates of PNPA, PMA, and PMMA degree programs, including MPSA / MNSA under the PPSC, and other degree
programs that are vertically aligned with criminology, subject to the approval of the Dean.
5. Can also be taken by graduates of any master’s degree, subject for Bridging Program. In compliance with Article 14, Sec 21 CMO No. 47,
any student who is NOT a graduate of Master of Science in Criminal Justice with Specialization in Criminology (MSCJ) or its
equivalent degree name who wants to pursue Doctor of Philosophy in Criminology (PhD Crim) - Academic Track shall be required to
take the following bridgingcourses:
6. A graduate of an MSCJ NON-THESIS / PROFESSIONAL TRACK or its equivalent degree name may be admitted to the PhD Crim
programs, however, the student must undergo the bridging requirements stated above.

When will classes start?
● Feb 1, 2025 – Opening of the 2nd Semester, AY 2024-25.
● January 6 - January 31, 2025 – enrollment period
How will classes be taught?
The classes shall be blended. Online classes are held during 1 st and 3rd Saturdays of the month only. The rest shall be asynchronous for students
and faculty to do their assignments and tasks.
What are the requirements for enrollment?
Prepare the original, photocopy, and soft copies of the following:
1. Transcript of Records
2. One (1)2x2 ID picture (with white background)
3. Birth Certificate from the Philippine Statistics Authority
4. Duty Status or Certificate of Employment (waived for self-employed applicants)

6. Certificate of Good Moral Character (for new students) or Certificate of Honorable Dismissal (from the last school attended, for transferees)
