14-May-25: IPMT informed that the Proponent is looking for
combined Envision certification for both Roads and Utilities

Combining Packages 1 & 2. A Combined Envision scorecard and
coversheets will be submitted for Packages 1 & 2, whereas the
deliverables will be submitted separately for each package. Official
confirmation from the NEOM proponent is awaited.
2 Scorecard Evaluation & Credit assessment
Refer previous MoM dated 28-05-2025
21-May-2025: KSJV mentioned that the scorecard was issued but
IPMT and the proponent have not received. KSJV will follow up with
the document control team to resolve the issue. KSJV Open
28-May-2025: Preliminary score card submitted and will be revised
accordingly based on the assessment
04-June-2025:IPMT and Proponent mentioned that the preliminary
score card will be reviewed

3 Meeting minutes and Action Item tracking Process

21-May-2025: IPMT suggested to update the actual submission
date in the ENOWA action item tracker based on the date the
documents are submitted to NEOM via Aconex through workflow,
not the date they are provided to the document controller.
KSJV Open
28-May-2025: Include the planned date of KOLIN for addressing
the comment in due date column of action tracker. The clarification
of the comments can be discussed in the meeting.
04-June-2025: IPMT advised KSJV that the MoM should be signed
by IPMT.
4 Data Requirements and clarifications
Refer previous MoM dated 28-05-2025
30-April-25: IPMT discussed on the requirement of data related to
temporary assets. Discussed regarding the clarification on design,
specifically water fixtures in Sewage Pumping Station.
04-June-2025: KSJV clarified that the Lake Filling Pipeline (LFP) KSJV Open
construction scope is under discussion and not yet signed with
NEOM. 3D stage design is under review, but KSJV has not
received the document. IPMT will notify the design team regarding
this via email.
5 Embodied Carbon Assessment discussion
Refer previous MoM dated 28-05-2025
28-May-2025: The BOQ was segregated, major material is
concrete of 89%, reinforced steel (3%) and asphalt (7.65%) by
weight. It was discussed to procure steel from Western steel, KSJV Open
Wataniya steel, Al shared steel.
04-June-2025: EPD follow-up for UBCC concrete is ongoing, and
asphalt EPD is being discussed with the Construction Manager.
6 Integrated Development Plan
Refer previous MoM dated 28-05-2025
28-May-2025: The Comment Response Sheet (CRS) of Integrated
Development Plan (IDP) received and it will revised by Kolin based
on the comments.

04-June-2025: The proponent recommended KSJV to prepare the
OPR to include in the Annexure of IDP.
11- June-2025: Reviewed OPR and IPMT gave necessary
comments
7 Sustainability Compliance Report
08-May-25: KSJV mentioned that the sustainability compliance
report is under preparation and shall be submitted.
04-June-2025: KSJV mentioned that the sustainability compliance KSJV Open
report is under preparation and shall be submitted after updating
the changes in Envision score card and detailed assessment.

9 Sustainability Monthly Progress Report

28-May-2025: The Comment Response Sheet (CRS) of Monthly
Progress Report (MPR) March month received and it will revise by
Kolin based on the comments

18-June-2025: The revised Monthly Progress Report (MPR) March
month based on the Comment Response Sheet (CRS) was reviewed
by IPMT and gave necessary comments. Asked KSJV to submit draft
of MPR via mail.
10 Operational Energy assessment report
Refer previous MoM dated 28-05-2025
28-May-2025: Some of the utilities and roads are descoped and not
applicable from the project and the discussion with design team is
still ongoing, follow up has been carried out. The assessment shall

18-June-2025: IPMT advised KSJV to submit energy assessment
report with existing evidence. It shall be revised after the finalization
of assets under the package 1&2.
11 Operational Water Assessment Report

12 Sustainability Management Plan
18-June-2025: The revised Sustainability Management Plan (SMP)
based on the Comment Response Sheet (CRS) was reviewed by
KSJV Closed
IPMT and queries was addressed. The sample sustainability
organizational chart shall be shared by IPMT and KSJV will update
accordingly.
13 Envision certification: Credit assessment
21-May-2025: Credit assessment is in progress, detailing each
criterion, required evidence, and responsible teams. Coordination is
ongoing with various teams, including Design, Environmental, and
Construction, to gather necessary inputs.

IPMT requested to conduct workshop with other departments to
identify required documents both periodic (e.g., reports, trackers,
schedules) and one-time submissions (e.g., plans). Discussions will
be held with relevant teams to ensure sustainability integration into
project plans as per Envision requirements.
