Requirements for submission of Form:
(i) One passport size (self-attested) photograph to be pasted on the Admission Form and One Unattested
photograph attached for Identity Card.
(ii) Self-Attested Photostat copies of the certificates of Date of Birth (copy of 10th Class Board Certificate),
Examination passed, Marks statement etc.
(iii) Self-Attested Photostat of Scheduled Caste/ Schedule Tribe/ OBC Certificate/EWS Document issued by
concern authority on or after 01st April 2025..
(iv) Latest Character certificate.
(v) Proof of University of Delhi Enrolment number. (If already allotted).
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION FOR CANDIDATE
(i) Applicants are required to bring the above-mentioned documents in their original at the time of
verification/payment of fees.
(ii) Applicants are required not to leave any column blank. Application forms with any column left blank will be
deemed incomplete and will not be considered.
Note:
1. It has observed that a large number of students face difficulty in getting their photographs and other
documents attested for submission to the University/College. To avoid this difficulty, the University
has decided to accept the self-attested copies of documents/papers provided by the students. However,
it is made clear that if any false attestation. Falsified records are detected, the student will be
debarred from attending any course in the university or its college(S) for the next five years and i
addition, a criminal case under relevant section of IPC(viz 470,471,474 IPC etc.) will be instituted
against him, to subject him to the requisite criminal proceedings.
2. Concealment of any information or falsification of the same would lead to appropriate action against
the defaulter.
