2025/2026 ADMISSION SCREENING EXECISE
This is to inform all UTME and Direct Entry candidates who applied for admission to Bamidele
Olumilua University of Education, Science and Technology (BOUESTI), Ikere-Ekiti, for the
2025/2026 academic session that registration for the Post-UTME admission screening exercise is
now on-going, effective from Wednesday, 23rd July, 2025.
Candidates Eligible for The Screening Exercise:
Those who made Bamidele Olumilua University of Education, Science and Technology
(BOUESTI) their institution of First Choice in the 2025/2026 UTME and scored 150 and
above.
Direct Entry candidates who chose BOUESTI as their institution of First Choice.
Those who sat for the 2025/2026 UTME, scored 150 and above, and are willing to change
and make Bamidele Olumilua University of Education, Science and Technology (BOUESTI)
their institution of First choice.
Note: Candidates who did not make BOUESTI their institution of first choice initially, but are
willing to choose BOUESTI, should make the necessary change of institution on the JAMB CAPS to
BOUESTI before the close of registration for the screening exercise.
All eligible candidates, who must be at least 16 years old by September 30, 2025, are to visit the
University portal www.portal.bouesti.edu.ng to register for the screening after making a
payment of Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000) only for POST-UTME registration. Payment should be
made online on the University Screening Portal.

Guidelines to Candidates for Online Registration
Visit portal.bouesti.edu.ng
Click on Admissions
Click on Apply for Admission
Create a new account.
Please provide all the required details, including your active email address and personal
telephone number.
After successful signup, log in to your account with the email supplied at the point of
account creation as the “Username”, and enter the password provided during the sign-up.
On your dashboard, select the type of application (2025/2026 POST UTME application)
Enter your UTME Registration Number
To make payment of Two thousand naira (N2000) application fee, click on “PAY NOW”, you
will be directed to an online payment platform
On successful payment, the Application Form will be made available to you to
complete; kindly attach your passport in JPEG format.
General Instructions to all Candidates
Candidates are advised to correctly upload all their O-Level results on the portal. A maximum
of two (2) sittings is allowed in the case of O-Level requirements.
BOUESTI accepts WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB O-Level results.
BOUESTI accepts NCE (Merit and above), ND (Lower Credit and above), HND (Lower
Credit and above), JUPEB, and IJMB for Direct Entry candidates.
Candidates awaiting O'Level results may also apply, but must upload their results on
both the University portal and JAMB CAPS as soon as they are released for seamless
admission processing.
Candidates are advised to read the O-Level requirements of their courses and select the
right subject combinations, which must include Credit passes in English Language and
Mathematics for all courses in BOUESTI except Music, which allows at least a pass in
Mathematics.
Candidates should ensure that the online form is carefully completed, following ALL
necessary instructions, as "mistake(s)" may be seen as misrepresentation/falsification of
documents, which shall lead to disqualification.
Candidates are to then print out evidence of completion of the transaction and keep it
for future reference.
It is compulsory for all candidates to participate in the online screening exercise to qualify
them for consideration for admission by the University.

The registration for the online screening exercise commences on Wednesday, 23rd July 2025.
To ensure proper guidance, candidates who wish to apply should study the details at
www.bouesti.edu.ng/apply-to-bouesti
Candidates are advised to provide valid and active Email addresses and phone numbers
(without DND "DO NOT DISTURB"). The University will not be responsible for failure to receive
information as a result of invalid Email addresses and non-functional phone numbers.
