Fixed Term Employment Contract


Dear Samit Pandey,

Congratulations! Based on your interest in joining Writer Business Services Pvt Ltd , we are pleased
to offer you fixed term employment in the position of Associate in the Grade FTC M-7, with Writer
Business Services (hereinafter referred to as “Company”).

Your employment will be effective from 23-01-2025 (effective date). This offer is valid
subject to your starting on or before the effective date.

Your initial place of posting will be in Noida, however, should a need arise you may be transferred or
expected to travel.

You will also be governed by the policies, rules and regulations of the Company that are in place and
from time to time, which you understand, may be modified at the discretion of the Company.

The following are the terms and conditions of the contract.

1. Terms and Conditions:

i. Compensation: You will be entitled to receive a Cost to Company (CTC) package of


Rs.336000 (Three Hundred Thirty Six Thousand Only ) per Annum and the
details is mentioned in Annexure A. This is subject to applicable statutory
deductions, including but not limited to Professional Tax, Income Tax, and any other
applicable deductions that may be required by law during the subsistence of this
contract.

ii. Contract Duration: Your employment will be effective from 23-01-2025 date and
shall come to an end on 23-01-2026 date (both days inclusive). Your temporary
appointment will automatically come to an end upon expiry of the above period
without notice or reason or payment in lieu of notice. If the work for which you are
engaged is not completed by the end of your temporary appointment period, the
Company may at its discretion enhance / renew your period of temporary
appointment for which you will be advised the same in writing.

iii. You shall during your employment with the Company, devote your full time and
attention to the Company’s business.
iv. Your working hours are governed by applicable law. You may be required to work in
shifts and/or extended time depending upon the business requirement as permitted
by law. However, due to business requirements, employees may be required to work
at different timings including nights which may be prescribed by the manager from
time to time.

v. You will perform your duties from Company’s office in India as may be asked to
you by Company. The Company may, also, require you to work at a Company
client’s office, based on business requirements. When working at Company client’s
location, in addition to the Company’s Policies, you will follow the Client’s Policies,
wherever applicable. The Company further reserves the right to transfer your
employment to any other company or legal entity.

vi. You will report to such person(s) as may be designated by the Company from time
to time and shall be subject to supervision as per the Company’s policies &
processes which are set at the discretion of the Company.

vii. During the fixed term of your employment with Company, you will be eligible to
avail certain leaves and holidays as stipulated under relevant section of HR Policy of
Company, which may be subject to modification, at the discretion of the Company.

viii. You will comply by Company’s policies including without limitation Company’s
code of conduct, organization policies, processes, standards, practices, rules,
guidelines, conditions of employment, confidentiality etc. (individually and
collectively as
“Company’s Policies”) existing and/or as modified from time to time by the
Company. The terms and conditions of Company’s Policies form an integral part of
this fixed term contract.

ix. You will promptly inform the Company in writing of any change in your residential
address, communication address including personal email address, telephone contact
number and any other contact details. To make any communication with you,
Company will rely solely on the contact details of yours available in records of
Company as last reported by You.

x. You understand and agree that Company may deliver any notice or communicate
with you through e-mails or other electronic means which shall be considered a valid
mode of communication in terms of Information Technology Act (or other acts
applicable to the electronic communications) for the purpose of this fixed term
contract.
2. Notice Period / Termination:

Either party may terminate this contract by providing 14 Days (2 Weeks) notice in writing or
payment in lieu of the notice period. The Company reserves the right to extend or reduce the
notice period at any time during your tenure. The Company may also terminate your
employment without Notice Period or any payment in lieu thereof in the event of breach of
any Company’s Policy, applicable laws or performance issues or any misconduct on your
part. Additionally, the Company shall recover any costs incurred due to acts or omissions
attributable to your actions.

3. Verification and Documentation:

This offer is contingent upon satisfactory background verification and medical fitness. By
accepting this offer, you authorize the company to conduct background and reference checks.
Additionally, the company may require you to undergo medical examinations as needed

Your joining will be subject to your accepting and signing Annexure “B” - Code of Conduct,
Annexure “C” -Non-Disclosure Agreement and Annexure “D” Whistleblower Policy.

4. Acknowledgment:

By accepting this offer, you acknowledge that this is a fixed-term contract, and, upon its
expiration, you have no claims to permanent employment with the Company. Disputes may
only be raised related to payment of statutory and monthly compensation as outlined in this
contract.

Please sign and return copy of this Offer Letter as a token of your acceptance to the terms and
conditions of this Offer Letter on or before 27-01-25. Kindly note that this offer automatically stands
cancelled in case we do not receive your formal acceptance on or before the close of business on 27-
01-25.

Please note that the terms and conditions outlined in this offer letter supersede all prior discussions,
negotiations, or agreements related to your employment, and constitute the final and complete
agreement between you and the company

association.
