Instructions to Students
We seek your cooperation on the following points to make the Graduation Ceremony a solemn one.
1. Degree Certificate (DCPDC) will be awarded to the registered students only on Graduation Day.
2. Only parents are allowed to attend the Graduation Day Ceremony along with their ward.
3. In the absence of graduating students Medals and DC/PDC will not be issued to parents/delegates
on the stage during Graduation Day.
4. DRESS CODE
Boys: White Kurta and Pyjama or White Shirt and White Formal Trouser
(Tucked In)
Girls : White Kurtha with white Salwar or White Shade Saree.
Graduates should dress up in formal attire including footwear.
S. Allcandidates are required to carry any of the following: College ID Card, Photo Identity Cards
like Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID card or any such valid identification card with a
photo.
6. Occupy the designated seats by 10.00 AM
7. Silence must be maintained throughout the Ceremony.
8. Upon arrival of the procession at the hall, please stand and remain standing till the Chief Guest
and other dignitaries are seated.
9. Please rise during the administering of the pledge by the Principal and say "I do Promise" after
Principal completes the reading of the pledge.
10. During DC/PDC distribution, Graduates will be directed to proceed to the stage based on their
assigned Number.
11. On the stage, before receiving the certificate from the Chief Guest, bow once to the Chief Guest.
While receiving the certificate, pose to the photograph. Bow again, before leaving the stage.
12. After receiving the certificate, please follow your row of fellow graduates and return to your
previously designated seat.
13.Photography by graduates/parents and guests is strictly prohibited during the Ceremony.
14. Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during the ceremonial program. All graduates, parents
and guests should switch off their mobile phones till the end of the ceremony.
15. Children under the age of 12 years are not allowed.
16. Please stand-up and remain standing tillthe procession leaves the hall at the end of the ceremony.
17. All the graduates and guests are requested to maintain discipline & decorum throughout the
function.
All the candidates and guests are cordially invited to join for lunch in the dining area after the
completion of the programme.
