1. Study tender documents for construction work/minor work. Consider that you are a
client from an organization handling the pre-construction stage. . Discuss in detail
the tendering process you would adopt and explain the steps involved. Additionally,
prepare a draft tender document highlighting the key points.
Select one of the following cases as an example for which the tender document will
be prepared (assume all relevant data as required):
• Construction of RCC retaining wall along an approach road
• RCC work for a one storey residential building
