3. All School Heads and Public School Teachers are advised to use this
memorandum as a temporary reference only until the official memorandum
from the Central Office is released. Any updates, revisions, or clarifications
shall be communicated through official channels.

4. All School Heads are likewise directed to conduct an orientation for all
teaching personnel on the preparation of the Individual Performance
Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) for SY 2025-2026.
