1.Did your supervisor(s) provide you with learning opportunities or make an

adequate effort to train you? Explain and provide brief, illustrative examples.

• Yes, the supervisors were very supportive and provided structured training sessions.
For instance, during the safety demonstration practice, they gave individual feedback
and took time to correct our posture, tone, and presentation. We were also given
roleplay scenarios, such as dealing with difficult passengers or handling medical
emergencies, which helped build confidence.

2.Did you feel satisfied with the variety and nature of experiences of your internship?
Explain.

• Absolutely. We were trained in different aspects—grooming, customer service,

safety procedures, emergency handling, and communication skills. Each module was
interactive and offered a balance of theory and practical exposure, which kept the
learning experience dynamic.

3.What do you consider the most beneficial aspect of this internship?

• The mock drill simulations and roleplays were the most beneficial. They felt real
and pushed us to think quickly and act professionally, just like we would on an actual
flight.

4.What do you consider the least beneficial aspect of this internship?

• Some theoretical sessions felt repetitive, especially topics we had already covered.
A more condensed format would have left more time for hands-on training.

5.Would you recommend that this company/organization be retained as a

participant in the internship program? Explain.

• Yes, I would recommend it. PTC Aviation offers a comprehensive and professional
environment with experienced trainers who are genuinely invested in the growth of
students aiming to join the aviation industry.

6.What recommendation(s), if any, would you offer to students who might be

interested in this field as a career?

• Be punctual, well-groomed, and always maintain a positive attitude. Communication

and presentation are key in this field, so working on those skills early will give you an
advantage.

7.What are three things you learned about yourself during the internship?

• I learned that I’m capable of handling pressure calmly., and I genuinely enjoy helping
and interacting with people.

8.What are three things you learned about your future career?

• I realized that being a flight attendant is both challenging and rewarding. It requires
constant alertness, empathy, and professionalism. I also understood the importance
of teamwork and clear communication in ensuring passenger safety and satisfaction.

9.What are two things you would have done differently during the internship?

• I would have participated more actively during question-and-answer sessions and

taken more time to practice public speaking, especially for in-flight announcements.

10.What are two things you would have done to have better prepared for the
internship?

• To better prepare for the internship, I would have watched more flight attendant
training videos and worked on my fitness, considering the physical demands of the
job.

11.What are three things you are the proudest of about your work, relationships,
and accomplishments during the internship?

• I am most proud of are completing an emergency drill simulation with confidence,

receiving positive feedback from trainers on my grooming, and with the positive
relationships I built with fellow trainees and instructors.
