SSC Examination – 2026

Practical Section
Subject: Higher Math

𝜋
1. For an integer (𝑛 ≤ 4), determine the trigonometric ratio of the angle (𝑛 × 2 ± 𝜃),
𝜋
Where 0 < 𝜃 < 2

2. From the function 𝑦 = 1 − 2𝑥 , draw the graph and determine the inverse function.
3. From the function 𝑦 = 3−𝑥 , draw the graph then determine the characteristics and find the
inverse function.
4. From the function 𝑦 = 3𝑥+1 , draw the graph and determine the characteristics.
5. From the function 𝑦 = 𝑒 −𝑥 , 2 < 𝑒 < 3 draw the graph and determine the characteristics.
6. The vertices of a triangle are given as 𝐴(2,5), 𝐵(−1,1), 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝐶(2,1). Draw the triangle and
determine its perimeter and area using the lengths of its sides.
7. The vertices of a quadrilateral are 𝐴(7, 2), 𝐵(−4, 2), 𝐶(−4, −3) 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝐷(7, −3). Draw the
quadrilateral, then determine its perimeter and area using the diagonals and lengths of its
sides.
8. The coordinates of the vertices of quadrilateral ABCD are
𝐴(2, −3 ), 𝐵(3, 0), 𝐶(0, 1) 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝐷(−1, −2)
(a) Draw the quadrilateral ABCD.
(b) Write the type of quadrilateral ABCD.
(c) Determine the area of quadrilateral ABCD using the area of triangle.
