By this private document, the hiring of the SERVICE OF
SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF RASHEL MESH COVERING AND FISHERMAN TYPE MESH,

with address Asociación las Americas mz M lote 01 in the city of Tacna, District Gregorio
Albarracín Lanchipa, who will be referred to as THE CONTRACTOR, on the other hand Mr. ROBER
ESTHIP BOLIVAR AGUILAR with ID 72903977 residing at A.H. Pampas de Viñani mz H Lot. 02
District Gregorio Albarracín Lanchipa, hereinafter referred to as THE CONTRACTOR,
in the following terms and conditions.
FIRST: OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
By this document, the company INVERIONES NOELIA QG E.I.R.L. regarding the aforementioned work
hire the services of Mr. ROBER ESTHIP BOLIVAR AGUILAR, for the purpose of carrying out the
Service of 'SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF RASCHELY MESH COVERING AND MESH'
"FISHERMAN TYPE" in the POPULATED CENTER OF CERRO BLANCO IN THE DISTRICT OF CALANA.
El Servicio consiste a todo costo que incluye mano de obra, acabado e instalación en el sito.
THE CONTRACTOR must have safety equipment and work tools.
SECOND: OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACTOR
For the purposes of the provisions in the first clause, Mr. ROBER ESTHIP BOLIVAR
AGUILAR commits to deliver and install the coverage of Raschel Mesh and weighing mesh in
the work.
En caso de algunas fallas presentadas en la instalación de la Malla Raschel y Malla pesador , el
Mr. ROBER ESTHIP BOLIVAR AGUILAR rectifications at no additional cost.
THIRD: DELIVERY TIME
The deadline for the execution of the Service will be five (05) calendar days, the deadline will be counted from the
signature of this contract. Mr. ROBER ESTHIP BOLIVAR AGUILAR will deliver the work
culminated on the eighteenth of October of two thousand twenty-one (18/10/2021).
FOURTH: PAYMENT METHOD.
The total amount comes to S/. 9,300.00 (nine thousand three hundred new soles).
At the signing of the contract, 50% of the amount will be disbursed, which is S/. 4,650.00.
(four thousand six hundred fifty new soles). The same will be deposited into the account of
BCP 540-05289145-0-94.
In case of non-compliance with the work to be carried out, the money will be refunded.

The next payment of the remaining 50% will be made upon completion of the service delivered, granted the
