INVESTMENT
Initial Investment as a tea plant owner is 7 crore for factory manufacturing ,setting up the plants layout and manufacturing the machines. Investment in purchasing the fresh Darjeeling tea is 150 Rs per kg, where as total order of buying is 10 lks kg/yr. So investment on yearly tea purchasing is 15 crore, and total investment is 22 crore.

Tea is one of the essential commodity needed and demand on daily basis all over the world.
Tea is one the best recession-neutral industries.

With the growing population of India, the number of tea consumers are also increasing. Huge employment opportunity specially on those hilly regions where no other industries can be developed easily . These is an industry of such a commodity where no other substitute and even close substitutes exists as far. Tea is one of the most popular and lowest cost beverages in the world and consumed by a large number of people. Between 1991 to 2010; the 20 years time span tea manufacturing industry in India got a growth of 45% and contributing thanks to that India is contributing better than before in the world GDP.

Distribution and Reach


Principal producers of tea are China, India, Sri Lanka, Kenya and Indonesia. These five countries account for 77% of world production and 80% global exports.

Tea, before reaching to its direct consumers it goes through different types of distributers;I,e, tea auctionists,whole sellers, retailers, dealers.
Our plant have total 10 whole seller nationwide, 40 retailers. Presence in all 28 Indian states through the dealer network. 85 per cent of the companys distributors will be the companys channel partners for at least 10 years. Some distributors represent the fourth generation working with the company.

60 per cent of industrial tea output should be sold within a radius of 800 kms. Flexibility in production capability between industry and tea varieties in response to demand situation.
