Can Do
• One day, we have appointed “Ah Pui” to be the team
leader.
• Every morning, “Ah Pui” always is the first one to
wake up, always the one walk in front of everyone
with smiling face.
What affects our

The Force To
Change
- Taking Responsibility
The Force to Change?
What is the main force for you to change?
You, Yourself
“The dripping water on the stone, it can dig a
hole”
But if YOU didn’t put the stone under the dripping
water or YOU stopped the water to drip?
What is responsibility?
“It is not my fault, it is Mr. XXX’s
fault, don’t accuse me.”

Instead of blaming each another, we should put

the focus on the problem itself.

The last of Human
Freedom
“The last of human freedoms - the ability
to choose one's attitude in a given set of
circumstances.”

(Viktor E. Frankl, Author of “Mean’s Search for Meaning”)

You can choose your action, but
you cannot choose your
consequences.
They are governed by natural laws or
principles.
Behavior is governed by values.
Consequences are governed by
principles.
2.) I am responsible for my
own behavior
and the choices I make in
my life

the most fundamental sense, it is our chosen
response to what they do to us that hurt us.
