Auxiliary verbs
Examples The little girl is crying. I have posted a letter. It may rain. I dont know you. Definition Auxiliaries are words that come before the main verb of a sentence. Auxiliary verbs cannot be used without a main verb. Forms + be, have, do. + can-could, may-might, must-have to, shall, shouldought to-had better, will-would. (modal verbs)

SHORT ADJECTIVES
