Who Am I?

I teach fifth grade at Factory Shoals Elementary.

Im finishing my masters in Instructional Technology at GSU in


December.

I like to incorporate technology to save time, keep kids engaged, and


make my job easier.

Struggles with Paper/Pencil


Assessments

The students arent interested.

Its more grading for you.

Someone has to keep up with the grades.

We have to collect data for instruction.. Look at EVERY question.

WE have to input the data/item analysis.

embedded to the discussion!

wallpaper, copy posts, adjust the privacy and web address.

Click on address to give your Padlet page a custom name!

Live Discussions on Padlet

Ask a question, or post a picture


and have the students participate
in a live discussion providing
answers, comments, photos, or
links to support their point.

Kahoot.it!

Kahoot.it is an online competitive quiz site.

You can find pre-made assessments or make them yourself.

Its a fun way to get kids reviewing concepts or showing you what they know!

They use any device that can access the internet.

You can preview tests before the students take it.

You can view results and collect data instantly.

discussions, or survey at getakahoot.com
or choose from thousands premade!

Goformative.com

Goformative is an online platform to create assessments where students can respond


with short answers, drawing, importing pictures, or answering multiple choice.

You can give class codes for quiz access and you can export all data to an excel
spreadsheet.

Student sign up allows them to see all quizzes, quiz code allows them sign in as a
guest and just see that quiz.
