small prize at the end of the lesson.

Musical chair

1) Arrange the decorated chairs into a circle.
2) The students (a representative from each

group) must walk around the chairs while


music is playing. When the music stops
students try to sit on a chair.
3) Each round a chair is removed so a student

wont get a chair. The student who misses


a chair is out of the game.

4) However, each pupil who did get a chair

must correctly describe the picture cards of


the chair they sat in using adjectives.
5) If they cannot describe the picture a student

who is out gets a chance to describe the


picture. If they correctly answer, they take
the place of the student who couldnt
describe the picture.
6) The

game continues until there are 2


students and 1 chair left. The student who
gets the chair is the winner.
