Correspondence
Performance Bank guarantee were submitted on 2.06.2016.
Various insurance policies i.e.
Third party liability insurance,
Professional Liability Insurance,
Employers liability and workers compensation insurance and
Third party Motor vehicle liability insurance were submitted on
dated 21.6.2016 and 29.06.2016.
We have Submitted draft copy of Agreement as per terms of
condition mentioned in the RFQ cum RFP document on dated
26.7.2016.
We have Submitted compliance of comment received from GICC
on QAP on 23.8.2016.

Reports submission / study of data or reports
Study and review of the Development plan collected from MBSIRDA.
Master schedule of MBSIR project was submitted on 22.07.2016,
Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) was submitted on 26.07.2016,
Preliminary Report for Hydrology and hydraulics calculation of
proposed drain passing from Maruti Plant (within MBSIR) were
submitted on 1.08.2016
Inception Report with design basis parameter was submitted on
6.08.2016, as per deliverable schedule mentioned in ToR.
Monthly Progress Report-1 for the month of June and July 2016 was
submitted on 12.08.2016.
Revised Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) was submitted on 23.8.2016
with incorporation of comment received from GICC.

Meetings
A Kick Off meeting was called on 2.07.2016 by the client
for discussion on project approach and methodology,
progress of work, Role and Responsibility of various key
experts, project time line, various deliverables, way
forward etc.
Meeting with GICC and MBSIRDA official on 15.07.2016 for
progress of work after award of the work.
Also, regularly meeting with GICC and MBSIRDA official
carry out regarding the progress of work, discussion on
various deliverables, further planning on the project etc.

Carry out site visit of the proposed MBSIR area on dated 30.06.2016 by
WAPCOS

topography

Next stage as per Project Milestone is assessment and validation of various
Physical&Socialinfrastructure.

We shall collect previous study report that is carried out for this region from
theconcerneddepartments,
We shall collect various existing & proposed industrial (within MBSIR)
conceptualplanandinfrastructurereporttocarryouttheassessment.
We will carry the Technical and ground trothing study, in which we will
identify various existing Infrastructure facilities i.e. Water supply its
Networking, Sewerage system its Networking, dumping location of domestic
waste, power supply, Tele communication, Gas services, road services,
commercial infrastructure, industrial infrastructure, flood management plan
etc.
Assessment of connectivity of proposed internal infrastructure with the
externalinfrastructurefacilitylikeroad,telecom,power,wateravailabilityetc.
Wewillcarryoutthesocial&Demandsurvey,coveringthedetailsofexisting
available facilities in that region such as health, education & its level, skill
development, affordable housing, recreational, road connectivity and further
demand.

We will carry out Market survey and Demand Assessment, which covers
macro-economic study of region, opportunity assessment at global, national
and regional level, detail discussion with various stakeholder & Government
Department. Also, Identify the Availability of Human Resource and expected
employmentpotentialetc.
Also, validate all the relevant studies on the basis of assessment and
incorporate all relevant interface in the preliminary/ detailed design for the
respectiveinfrastructurecomponent.
Based on the Assessment and Validation Report, we shall prepare broad
phasingplananddemarcatepriorityareafordevelopmentofPhase-1,MBSIR
area.
