HZS75 Concrete Batching Plant
HZS75 concrete batching plant is compose of material supplying and measuring system, mixing system, electrical control
system and pneumatic control system, etc.
The mixing machine adopts JS1500 twin shaft compulsory concrete mixer which has an excellent mixing quality and high
efficiency.
The batching machine employs PLD2400 batching machine which can be designed accord to the multiple requirement of the
user. Due to electronic scale the measurement of the aggregate is precise and reasonable.
Equipped with auto control devices and sensors, HZS75 concrete batching plant has achieved automatic correction function and
memory function to process materials with quantitative, batching, control, and self compensation.
Now HZS75 concrete batching plant has been widely used in all kinds of prefabricated component factories as well as industries

JS1500
JS500 twin shaft compulsory concrete mixer can mix dry-hard concrete, plasticity concrete, fluidity concrete, light weight
