Proposed System

The proposed system was developed using the


PHP, JQuery, JavaScript and MYSQL.
This website help us in sending mails to the
users, reading the mails, deleting the mails.
All this actions are dependent on the Email
Server. The user creates a username if it does
not exist.
Scope
The E-mail System is useful for important business
transactions such as business related
emails/messages to be sentto another company,
organizations, receiving their emails, storing their
emails/messages in tothe Inbox of the account.
This system is useful to a personknowing the
process of how email system works. Avoid accessto
invalid/wrong user oruser-Id. Maintains security of
the account. Useful for common user as it is Easy
to operate Supports Graphical user interface.
