Activity 13C

Prepare a stage 1 audit report

Instruction (Assessed activity–must be submitted to Tutor for marking)

1. Based on audit simulation in exercise 13B, please make Report of


the stage 1 Audit
Please use “Template Report of the stage 1 Audit”

2. Select a team member to be prepared for presentation of answer to


the rest of the class.
3. Each team, is required to give their answer in a separate A4 paper
complete with team member names and date before submission to
the tutor. Alternatively, tutor will advise other option for submission.
The output from this exercise is part of the formal continuous
assessment, and will therefore be marked.

Timings:
5 minutes for briefing, 15 minutes to prepare, 10 minutes for presentation
and discussion. The tutor may choose one team to present their answers
and facilitate discussion.
