◦ Completing all mandatory training modules is compulsory to all staff of Khafji National
Hospital
◦ LDD has the sole responsibility of developing learning materials in coordination with other
department (e.g. PCI, FMS, CQI, IT, Healthcare Professional etc) which shall be used and be
uploaded on the official learning management system of the hospital.
◦ LDD has the sole responsibility of following up the status of all learners enrolled in the LMS
system. The department shall make a quarterly report on the status of the learners and remind
them of their progress.
◦ Progress report of each learners will be printed and shall be secured in their personal data
sheet and a copy of which will be furnish to the HR Department.
◦ Employees who are required to attain CME units will have to complete all mandatory training
course and at least 25% of the learning materials prior to crediting the institutional CME hours
for each medical staff.
