SOME DEFINITIONS…
• Cultural attraction
 allow travellers to experience mankind's physical and intellectual
creations
 the movement of persons to cultural attractions away from their
normal place of residence, with the intention to gather new information
and experiences to satisfy their cultural needs
• Natural attraction
 Place that has been created by nature. Not man-made
• Events
 Systematic development of planning and marketing; holding of events as tourist
attractions
• Recreation
 Activity of leisure and often done for enjoyment, amusement, or pleasure and are
considered to be "fun".
• Entertainment attraction
 A form of attraction that holds the attention and interest of an audience, or gives
pleasure and delight.
