A Training Activity Matrix and Progress Chart should be used to properly schedule training activities based on trainees' competencies and the availability of resources to ensure no trainee is idle. A Training Activity Matrix schedules and monitors the use of facilities and resources, while a Progress Chart publicly monitors each trainee's learning outcomes and competencies. An Achievement Chart also monitors required projects and activities in task/job sheets.

 Proper scheduling and management is the answer
for the use of limited equipment. The trainer
should therefore schedule training activities based
on both current competencies of trainees and the
availability of training resources making sure that
no trainee is idle.
 Training Activity Matrix is recommended to
schedule and monitor the use of the facilities and
resources.

 This is to monitor the Learning Outcomes and
competencies by each trainee. It is displayed on a
place within the training area frequented by the
trainees.

 This is to monitor the required projects and
activities usually in the task/job sheets of the
CBLM.
 The achievement chart is most recommended
specially for qualifications that requires many
activities and requirements to finish a learning
outcome.
