Actual progress this week was 3.47% compared to the planned progress of 2.32%. 2) Construction progress is ahead of plan overall with actual progress of 3.88% versus planned progress of 2.28%. 3) Manpower levels averaged 115 people against a plan of 87 people and equipment levels averaged 14 pieces against a plan of 12 pieces.
