SIMPLE PRESENT TENSE

DO - DOES
El tiempo presente simple en inglés se usa para describir
una acción que es regular, verdadera o normal.
Usamos el tiempo presente:
Para acciones repetidas o regulares en el presente
periodo de tiempo.
I take the train to the office.
The train to Berlin leaves every hour.
John sleeps eight hours every night during the week.

2. Por hechos.
The President of The USA lives in The White House.
A dog has four legs.
We come from Switzerland.
3. Por hábitos.

I get up early every day.


Carol brushes her teeth twice a day.
They travel to their country house
every weekend.

4. Para cosas que son siempre / generalmente ciertas.


It rains a lot in winter.
The Queen of England lives in Buckingham Palace.
They speak English at work.
FORMA AFFIRMATIVA

TERCERA PERSONA DEL SINGULAR (HE-SHE-IT)

1. Para verbos que terminan en -O, -CH, -SH, -SS -X, o -Z 
añadimos-ES al final del verbo, pero sólo si el sujeto es de
la 3era. Persona del singular.

wash – washes
kiss – kisses
fix – fixes
buzz – buzzes
2. Para verbos que terminan en consonante+ Y, removemos la Y 
Y colocamos-IES al final del verbo, pero sólo si el sujeto es de
la 3era. Persona del singular.

carry – carries worry – worries
NOTE: Para verbos que terminan en vocal + Y, añadimos -S.
