 Ultrasound Back-End Unit Digital Board & CPU Module

The function of Digital Board:

CPU module carrier, provides a standard COM-E socket.

DSP (digital signal processing) FPGA.

Processing the signals of B, C, D image modes.
Sending the image data to CPU module for further process.
Transmitting the control bus from CPU module to each board of the front-
end unit via DSP FPGA.

Multi-functional FPGA completes the video format converting, back-end

control, port extension, etc.

4D&TEE board carrier.

 Monitor and touch screen:

Check that the monitor or touch screen is not skew and the fixing mechanism is
secured.

 Covers, control and minor panel:

Use neutral detergent to wipe off any dirt on the main unit covers and control
panel. If it is difficult to clean the control panels, remove the switch covers first
and then wash off the dirt using neutral detergent.

Preventive Maintenance-Clean the system or peripherals

 Probes:
Wipe off any dirt from the probe, check if there is any abnormality such as crack
and then connect it to the main unit. Use a soft brush to clean the probe holder.

 Video Printer:

Clean the thermal head according to the operation manual of each printer.

 Cable / cord :

Use neutral detergent to clean the cables and power cord.
