Philosophy behind the gradual
revelation
Muhammad (s.aw.s.) was ummy.
Difficult situation of revelation.
To console the prophet again and again.
Answers, predictions and incidetnts. They happened again
and again.
Philosophy behind the gradual
revelation
To be according to the natural process.
The prohibition of alcohol:
Translation: They ask you about alcohol and gambling, Say: there is great sin in
them and benefits for the people, and their sins are greater than their benefits..
Oh God, explaine for us an enough statement.
O you who believe, do not come near the Prayer while you are drunk until you know
what you say.
Philosophy behind the gradual
revelation
To be according to the natural process.
The prohibition of alcohol:
O you who have believed, indeed, intoxicants, gambling, stone alters,
and divining arrows are but defilement from the work of Satan, so avoid
it that you may be successful.
Satan only wants to cause between you animosity and hatred through
intoxicants and gambling and to avert you from the remembrance of Allah and
from prayer. So will you not desist?
We refrain from, we refrain from .)
