Tujuan pembelajaran
1. Mengidentifikasi teknik-teknik untuk menarik minat audiens.
2. Menguraikan teknik-teknik penyampaian sebelum, selama dan
setelah presentasi.
3. Mengetahui ketrampilan berbicara di depan audience.
4. Mendaftarkan teknik-teknik untuk meningkatkan efektifitas telepon
dan voice mail serta mengaplikasikannya.
Alasan mengapa ketrampilan
berbicara sangat diperlukan

 Peter Urs Bender said that biggest fear in


human is speaking to public rather than
death
 It is needed in every position and level in
work place.
 Most of businessmen didn’t take a chance in
learning about it in school years.

 Improving your voice qualities:
- proper control of breathing
- proper control of jaw, tongue and lips
 Improving your voice effectively
- Pitch : highness or lowness
ex. The market is up, but its gains are
not solid (can show the equal
emphasize or contrast)

• Volume : intensity of sound, the proper one
enables you to be heard appropriately by your
listeners
• Speed : changing the speed of your oral
communication provides interest and emphasis
