Zappos has received numerous accolades for being one of the best companies to work for, including being ranked in the top 25 on Fortune's "100 Best Companies to Work For" list multiple times. Tony Hsieh started Zappos in 1999 after selling his earlier company LinkExchange to Microsoft for $265 million when he was 24 years old. In 2004, Zappos created its 10 core values like delivering wow customer service and building a positive team spirit. Amazon acquired Zappos for $1.2 billion in 2009.
