1. The competition is open to all teachers whether from public or private schools.
2. Each school may submit entry (for district level competition ),1 st placer in the district
competition, may submit a video of the Best Practice/s implemented by the teachers in teaching
Mathematics in each category: Kindergarten to Grade 6, Junior High School, and Senior High
School. Each team should be composed of at most three (3) teachers only (including the
narrator/presenter).
3. The video should cover the following parts as indicated in this order:
a. Introduction
State background information of the best practices with the reason why the project was
carried out.

7. Each entry should be placed in a folder with a file name LAS_ School/District_Grade
district/division level; for regional level, LAS_Division_Grade level and shall be sent via email. The
pdf file of the LAS should have a file name Title : LAS_ School/District_Key stage. For regional level:
LAS_Division_Key Stage. The folder shall also contain a separate word file containing the following
information:

ON THE 2021 8. For a non-biased judging, each entry shall be assigned a unique code prior to judging. Such
DIVISION code shall be made known to the contestants, coaches, EPSs prior to judging.
MATH FAIR 9. Only entries submitted on or before 5:00 p.m.of deadline date (for district level) and deadline
date (for division level) will be judged by the members of the board of judges.
10. In case of a tie in the first, second, or third place, the members of the board of judges shall
MECHANICS break the tie. Only one entry will be declared as first, second, and third place, respectively. More than
AND one winner will only be allowed for the fourth and fifth place.
CONTEST 11. The decision of the board of judges is FINAL and IRREVOCABLE.

e-Modulo Art Design Contest
The 2021 Regional e-Modulo Art Design Contest, and the 2021 Division e-Modulo Art Design
Contest was conceptualized from the original concept of Computer-Based Modulo Art Design or
CBMAD. This kind of art can be a “digital art” which refers to art that relies on computer-based
generated design. For this contest, art design entries are restricted only to digital painting and all
forms of computer-generated graphics. A computer software will be used to create the digital art that
will be submitted via email by the participants and should follow the set of specifications indicated
below. This contest is open to all bona fide students from public and private schools. Each school
(for district competition and for division competition) may send a maximum of 2 official entries (first

MATH FAIR Participants must accomplish the 2021 e-Modulo Art Contest Registration Form thru a given
link. (This will be created by the management after the Regional Virtual Workshop for e-Modulo
Art, for those who will represent SDO Cam Sur in the Regional level). This link will be sent to all

A. Duration/Submission of Entry
1. Duration of the contest shall not exceed to 1 ½ hour. All contestants will be seen online while the
contest is going on.
2. Contestants will submit their entry in document (.docs) file. During the competition, a camera
should be focused to the computer/laptop to capture the actual making of the design entry. The
timelapse video together with the design entry will be submitted to a link which will be provided
after the virtual orientation.
3. Each entry should be placed in a folder with a file name: eModulo_School/District_Category,
for district/division competition and eModulo_Division_Category for regional competition and
shall be uploaded in a drive to be provided. The file name of the design entry should be
Division_eModArt2021_Complete Name (for regional competition). For district competition:
