What is Computer Keyboard?

A keyboard is an input device that contains keys users press

to enter data and instructions into a computer.

Christopher Latham Sholes was the inventor of keyboard

For computing derives. He patented the typewriter that we
commonly use today in 1868.
Alphabetic Keyboard

Alphabetic keyboard or the ‘qwerty’ keyboard is the standard typewriter

QWERTY refers to the first six letters on the upper row of the keyboard.
The key arrangement was devised by Christopher Latham Sholes whose

Since that time, it has become what may be the most ubiquitous machine-
user interface of all time.
Numeric Keyboard

It is a group of keys located on the right side of the keyboard.  It looks

like a calculator, because it has both number and symbols for
mathematical equations.  It also has its own plus sign, minus sign, Enter
key, Delete key, and Num lock key.
